Barrett Brothers American Cherry primarily comes straight from Pennsylvania and southern New York, the world’s most renowned Cherry producing area. With its rich red heartwood and contrasting sapwood, American Cherry is probably the most luxurious flooring that we manufacture. American Cherry is best suited for that special room where “elegance” is the key word.

Select American Cherry

Select American Cherry shows the full product of the Cherry tree, including sapwood, pin knots, mineral streaks, and sound knots up to ¼” in diameter. An effort is made throughout the manufacturing process to minimize sapwood.

Harvest American Cherry

Harvest American Cherry Flooring is separated from our Select stock to show the living beauty of the whole tree. With the natural color variations, sound defects, and all the other natural characteristics, Harvest American Cherry shows the full appearance of a rich, colorful floor at a bargain price. An occasional open defect may require filling before sanding.
